Voki saves text but won't play!

Hello,

I can put in text and the voki will speak in the preview. However, once I click "done" and am back on the main edit page, nothing happens when I press the play button. I've tried publishing it and viewing it in another browser and the same thing happens.

Does anybody know why this is happening, and what I can do to fix it?

I noticed that somehow the Voki website can tell if your sound is not working completely. In that case, nothing will play and the mouths won´t move. The other day, my sound configuration was not right and all my voki recordings would not play. It was weird because I know they recorded. I unplugged my wireless headphones USB thing and checked my sound configuration. Then, the vokis worked. So it could be something with your sound. When my sound was not working, I knew it was a sound problem because these were recordings that used to work and now the mouths on the avatars were not moving.
