Tech Support STILL needed to reset my account  XML

Here are the original messages posted.

I have been trying in vain to log into my Voki classroom account (since Friday). I have emailed, tried to call Oddcast, and have reset the password at least 8 times, but the login won't work. How do I get in touch with someone to help if I can't get to the tech support feature available within the classroom.

What is the status of my account being reset with a username and password that work? I thought this was something that would be taken care before the end of the school day, but as of 9:00 PM at night I still can't log in. I am anxious to gain access to my account since I need to use it with a class coming this week. If it would be easier for me to cancel my subscription and then reregister then please let me know. If so please provide a link, phone number, or web address where I would cancel. Either way I need to be able to go into my classroom by tomorrow morning so I can set up the student accounts.
