Smartboard

I am a student working on lesson plans...Can I use Smartboard to teach my students how to make a Voki and embed everyones to show on it as well?

There are a wide variety of thigns you could do with a SmartBoard. I would use it to practice ABCs you can have children sort through objects to find thigns that start with each letter. They can move the items on the board around to match shapes, colors, numbers letters ect. You could put up a number with a bunch of thigns and have the children count and circle that number. The list goes on If you have not had to opportunity to use a SmartBoard you can look at the smart board website, but you can also go on YouTube there are a lot of videos that show how people have used it in the classrooms. Anyway good luck it is a great addition to any classroom.

The smartboard awlols you to use the internet interactively. It is very entertaining and a great way to teach! One thing you could do is pull up videos or songs on the internet that pertain to what you are currently teaching! Also there are many interactive websites that you could get kids involved with! Look for learning websites and have the class answer questions together!
