I work as a teacher in a school that will only allow checks and purchase orders. How do I sign up for Voki Classroom?

We are working on a solution for generating POs and accepting checks.

Please send a note to support@voki.com - and let us know you are interested in a PO for payment by check - and we will take care of you!

Hello,


I bought a voki classroom but i see that there is still voki on the characters...

Even if website say that if we buy: No adds

But, after 7 days, I still don't have obtained reboursment ?

What can I do ?

It was on Saturday that we first received and responded to your request for a refund - that was 2 days ago.

We advised you that the refund will require several days. Today is a holiday in the US (MLK day). The refund will most likely go through tomorrow, and will require several days to appear on your account.
