Students cannot edit

Hi, I have used Voki for a while, but I am new to the Voki Classroom. I made an assignment for my students. One student submitted it to me and made a mistake in speaking. She would like to correct it, so I disapproved her submitted Voki and thought she'd be able to edit it. However, when she logs in to the assignment, she can see her creation but cannot edit it.

Is editing like that NOT possible? If not, it should be. If it is supposed to be possible, do you have any ideas about why it's happening?

Yes, you should definitely be able to disapprove a Voki and have the student edit it!

Is the student not able to click the Edit button?
If this is the case, it might be a simple caching issue. Please ask the student to clear her browser's cookies and cache, and try again.

If she's still unable to click Edit, please click the Support tab in your Voki Classroom account, and send our support team the student's login and the scene name, and they will take a look at it right away!

No, she cannot see the edit button...it's semi - opaque. I will try to explain to her how to clear the cache as you suggested.

This is also a problem with my students too.

Out of 149 students, it happened to about 7 students today.

They sent it, and the voice didn't attach, (it was some pre-recorded message like, "I'm a monkey" for the monkey, and other various recordings).

I am also faceing same problem like others.

What should I do now
