Hi,
We understand the issue and it seems there only 1 thing that could be causing this - the browser's cache.
All you need to do is clear your browser's cache, and then go back to the Voki link.
Basically, the scene is updating correctly on Voki, however your browser still remembers the older scene and that's what it's playing.
To clear your cache:
Internet Explorer: Click the gears icon (top right)/ Select Tools > Internet Options > In the General tab, click Delete (under Browsing history) > Select the box next to Temporary Internet files > click Delete
FireFox: Select Tools > Clear Recent History > Check the Cache box and click Clear Now
Google Chrome: Click the Wrench icon > Options > Under the Hood (on the left) > Clear browsing data (top right) > Check Empty the Cache and click Clear browsing data
Once your cache is cleared, you should be able to view the updated scene.
