Using the translator in google does not allow

Hello,
I was following along about how to use Google Translator and then copy and paste the language into the Voki text.
I was translating in Google English to Arabic.
WHen I copied and pasted the Arabic into Voki text and then changed the Accent/Language in Voki to be Arabic
it works great when I listne to it. The problem comes in when I go to publish the scene.
The error message I recieve is "saving failed undefined'.
I really, really could use this feature for my class. I would like the avatar to speak the Arabic.

We just tested the Arabic functionality and it seems to work fine.
Please make sure you follow these steps (in this order):

1. First create your text in Google Translate and copy it.
2. Log in in to your account at www.voki.com.
3. When creating your Voki, choose the "T" text-to-speech option.
3. Select Language: Arabic and choose your voice (Laila or Tarik)
4. After choosing your Arabic voice, paste the Arabic text into the blue text area.
5. After clicking the play button to test the audio, click DONE to save the audio.
6. Finally, click Publish, name your Voki, and click SAVE.

You should now be able to publish your Voki. Remember that your saved Voki scenes will always be in the My Voki section as well.

It is not because of google translator. My voki gives the same error message all the time. I don't have a solution.

We just tried pasting Arabic text (?????? ??? ?????) using several different browsers. The function seems to work.

After pasting your Arabic text, are you selecting "Arabic" as the voice?
