You can only embed a Voki into PowerPoint 2010. But you can insert a hyperlink to your Voki scene using earlier versions of PowerPoint. Which version are you using?
Related to the previous PowerPoint question... My original plan was for my students to create two PowerPoint slides each dealing with a vocabulary word and a sentence that they wrote using the words. I would like each student to create an avatar that voices those sentences. Later I would put all their slides together into one presentation and upload it to our school web site. This way, students could go to the PowerPoint and practice for their upcoming stems/vocabulary tests.
From what I've been reading, this may not be possible. Can I put a PowerPoint online and imbed the avatars since it's online? If not, what can I do so that each student can create an avatar that utilizes their vocabulary words and stems? It would be impossible to have 70 avatars just sitting on my school web site.
If you use a VLE or MLE the students can paste the embed code for their Voki into it and type the text along side. For example in Fronter students could paste the embed code in a forum or in a Fronter document. In this way they can all see each others. Most VLEs will enable you to do this in some form or other.
