How do I find the audio that I've edited? I'm trying to change the message and after I save, name, and publish it - I don't know where it goes...any suggestions?

I couldn't save my recorded file either. Had to use 'text to speech'.
Would appreciate a hint.

Hi, Your recorded and uploaded (not TTS) audios that you saved should be under the 2nd step (Give it a Voice). Click on the Folder icon on the right hand side and there you should see your saved audios. Hope that helps!

I'm having the same issue. Have saved 4 files (saying the same thing) and none of them are getting saved. I have looked in the folder as directed.
Also, I can't get a voki to save, only publish to my site. I used to have a 'My Voki' but cam't seem to do this anymore.

My students have created a lot of vokis when we login they have all been erased. This has happened a few times and they have had to go back and redo them. How can we change we fix this?

I am having the same problem. I have published three things today with the intent of editing them as we learn more. Now I can't find them. That is about 2 hrs. of lost work. Where do they go?

Hi Everyone!
Please be assured that Voki scenes are not erased. When you create a Voki, even if you don't have an account, a "scene ID" is created to identify the scene. You can see the scene ID in any Voki Link. For example, in this link:
http://www.voki.com/pickup.php?scid=3301660&height=400&width=300
...the scene ID is: 3301660.
If you retained the Voki Link or embed code, you will also have the scene ID and you'll always be able to view that Voki.
When you create your Voki scenes, it is very important to make sure you are currently logged in to Voki. You can do this by looking in the top-right and seeing "Welcome [your name or email]."
One issue that we have seen is that users, when clicking on "My Voki", see "No Voki Selected" and no Vokis listed. This was an issue that was fixed. Again, no Vokis were erased and, unless you weren't logged in, all Vokis were saved to your account.
There is one more issue related to this discussion. Some users, when clicking "My Voki" see a white - there is no message - they simply see white space. In this case, Voki is taking longer to load. Clicking on refresh or simply waiting should resolve this, and your scenes should appear. We're also working on resolving this issue completely.

Hi, Love the new avatars. I know this message is under reply to "saving & editing Audio File" but I didn't see another way to post a questions.
When recording by computer mic. there is a 60 sec limit. Is that limit the same for recording by phone, uploading an audio file or text to speech?

I'm trying to record for my student's avatar. I see the orange record button, but no matter how many times I press it, it won't record.
All I can use is Text to Speech.
Please help! I really like Voki!

I am having recording issues! I can only record one or two students at a time then I have to logoff and log back in to record more. I had no issues recording last year. I have tried different laptops and different microphones. Please help!! I still another class to record!!!

Hello, but the advice finding the audio file is wrong. It's not saved in the folder. I've tried several times to record and save. When I try to retrieve it, it's not located in that list. I don't know where it is. Does anyone else know?
